Depending on an individual's Crime Coefficient, the individual may be taken into mental rehabilitation facility, or be executed on the spot with lethal forces, regardless of whether or not the specific individual has committed the crimes. This leads into a peaceful society with extremely low crime rates and a happy, satisfied society.
